When Food & Sex Collide

It's all fun and games...and cooking, until someone throws in the sex. But wait, with all the food prep, and sharp objects, it's this dangerous?!!! Well thank god "Sex on the Table" is only an expression. Ran by Chef Fed, a contestant of Chopped, the focus of the class evolves around aphrodisiac foods, such as red wine, strawberries, grapefruit, and mangos. We were taught several knife skills, pairings, and plate presentation. And my favorite part of cooking, besides the eating, is the great company in which it accompanies.

Now despite of what you may be thinking, Sex On the Table, is a Cooking School in NY & LA, taught by Chef “Fed” Federer.

We believe that the presentation of your food, the choice of ingredients, the texture of your creation, the way you combine flavors, where you dine, and how you eat are all vital to a seductive meal."

Specifically, I'll be attending the Aphrodisiac Cooking Class where we'll be combining unexpected flavors, textures and presentation (my fav!) So stay tuned for pics! =)
